The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection, Downtown Dubai

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the exceptional and courteous receptionists, Huda and Nemat. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel, and my most recent visit was no exception. The warm and professional welcome we receive from the skilled team members is truly commendable. This is my sixth stay at this place, and the reason I keep coming back is the exemplary behavior of staff like Huda and Na'ama. Their dedication to providing excellent service ensures that guests always enjoy a pleasant and memorable experience.

I love this hotel. From centrally located downtown, next to the souk to the view of stunning Burj Al Khalifa. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay simply because the staff made me feel safe and happy. All the staff are amazing and very polite. They are very helpful and they ensure that you have the best stay ever. The breakfast is small but amazing with live cooking station for all kinds of eggs. Beautiful cozy breakfast restaurant with excellent service. The room is booked was a super deluxe bed and it’s very spacious and beautiful comfortable bed linens and pillows. I was on the 8th floor and it was pretty quiet. I went to check out the pool which is nice and the ambience was great and welcoming. I was welcomed with a nice mocktail by one of the staff who remembered me from my last visit. The overall stay was 10/10. Love it! Definitely 👍 coming back.

A heartfelt thank you to Nilo Leo, who went above and beyond every single day to support my needs—always attentive, helpful, and proactive in ensuring I was comfortable and well cared for. It’s rare to find someone so committed to excellence in hospitality. Neama Elsayed made me feel instantly welcome during check-in with her warm smile and gracious attitude. Not only that—she took the extra step of helping me order and personally deliver Fix chocolates so I could bring a little piece of sweetness back to my family in California. She was always joyful and kind, no matter how busy things were. What a gem! And Shayam was a huge help when it came to my luggage and even jumped in to assist with last-minute packing. Calm, courteous, and quick to help, he made those final hours before departure feel smooth and stress-free. The people at Heritage Hotel truly made my stay memorable. It’s not just the beautiful property—it’s the heart and soul of the staff that sets this place apart. I’ll be recommending it to all my friends and hope to return again soon!

The room was cleaned every day. Towels changed and bedsheets changed. Very clean. We had good views from our room. Could open a window to let in fresh air. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms, toast, jam , butter, sandwiches, fruits, juice, cereals etc. The hotel is located in the business district close to Dubai mall where you can spend your entire day shopping and eating.

Hoda and Jefferey at front desk were outstanding, and the rest of front desk reception were the stars. Gym is functional and clean and had bottle water and apples. Pool is small but does the job. The shisha lounge is enjoyable and provides cool outside serving.
